Job Duties

• Space Management and Systems Planning
o Responsible for ensuring all IINE sites function smoothly, are safe, and have sufficient resources to meet employee and client needs.
o In collaboration with Managing Directors and the Executive Leadership Team, create and maintain a multi-year plan that integrates systems, space, and multiple departmental needs.
o Develop and implement creative solutions in partnership with the Managing Directors, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Program Officer to facility-related issues as they arise.
o Develop multi-year facility operation plans for each IINE site.
• Technology
o Responsible for meeting the technology needs of staff and clients in all three sites.
o Serve as the primary manager of the relationship with any third-party vendor contracted to support IINE’s information technology systems.
• Internal Communications
o Support internal communications to employees.
o Update organizational charts and staff directories.
o Ensure staff receive timely updates on operational issues.
o Actively respond to issues that arise from staff related to operations.
• Team Management
o Lead, assess, and consistently improve the workflow, performance, and responsiveness of the Operations team.
• Executive Management
o Responsible for developing and managing annual organizational calendars.
o Support the annual development and execution of work plans for each department.
o Coordinate, as needed, the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in each department of IINE.
o Collaborate with Executive Team members to ensure a positive organizational work culture.
• Strategic Planning
o Lead organizational strategic planning efforts undertaken by IINE, including overseeing the selection of any consultant and serving as their primary internal contact and liaison to the executive team, developing a project plan for the planning process, and overseeing the collection of data, analyses, and information that supports the project.
o Serve as an individual contributor to strategic planning for operational-related issues.
• Board of Directors Support
o Support Board management, communications, and logistics, collaborating with Executive Team members as needed.

Education and Experience Requirement
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Operations Management or Architecture.

Position also requires frequent travel between all three IINE sites, all of which are located in the Boston-Cambridge-Nashua, MA-NH Metropolitan Statistical Area.
