Controls Engineer (Hanover, MD). Duties: Lead field installation and commissioning of equipment. Support mechanical and electrical subcontractors for installation of equipment at customer facilities. Support and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment and systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 2 years’ controls engineering experience, including solid experience in: designing electrical lines; electrical control architecture and network drawings on AutoCAD Electrical developing panel schematics; electrical device layout drawings and description of operations; SCADA development on Ignition; PLC programming for Allen Bradley and Beckhoff PLCs; HMI development in Factory Talk View, TwinCAT; debugging control system networks; EtherCAT, Ethernet I/P; Cognex; troubleshooting Allen Bradley VFDs; Python; Microsoft Office Suite.
