Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of junior business development professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Knowledge of the E-commerce landscape and trends.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
