Responsibilities:
Translate Executive Strategies into Departmental KPIs: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with top managements strategic goals across all departments. Oversee Operational Efficiency: Lead and manage daily operations within the production, logistics, and maintenance departments, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to standards. Budget Management: Accurately forecast, allocate, and control the monthly, quarterly, and annual production budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. Enhance Operational Performance: Actively drive improvements in operational metrics, including on-time delivery, defect rates, customer claims, inventory valuation, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with and support other departments to ensure cohesive operations and the successful execution of company-wide initiatives. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in both processes and personal skill development. Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead the recruitment, coaching, and professional development of operations managers and engineers, building a high-performing team committed to excellence.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering Masters degree in engineering or management is a plus At least 10 years of experience in production preferably in automotive Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region
