ASSOCIATE CORPORATE M&A

Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Corporate M&A practice in Miami.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.


• Bar Admission in Florida required.


• 2+ years of substantive business and transactional experience, including M&A, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions(link removed)>
  
• Experience in Latin America corporate work is a plus.


• Business proficiency in Spanish.


• Solid law firm experience, with superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate transactional documents for complex M&A and joint venture transactions.


• Work directly with clients, providing strategic advice and managing transactional details.


• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
