ASSOCIATE COMMERCIAL FINANCE
Boston, MA


Our client, an AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate to join a prestigious law firms Commercial Finance Group in Boston.


Candidate Profile:



  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

  • Bar Admission in Massachusetts, or willingness to become admitted.

  • 1+ years of meaningful experience in commercial finance, including representing bank and non-bank lenders and/or borrowers in transactions involving acquisition financing, working capital facilities, asset-based lending, and other types of financing.

  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle complex commercial finance transactions, including acquisition financing and asset-based lending.

  • Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and execute strategies for effective representation in finance matters.
