Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational tasks according to established processes and guidelines
• Handle data entry and documentation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest efficient solutions
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required
