We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with 7+ years of staffing experience to join our fully remote national sales team. If youre seeking a niche in the staffing industry that brings innovation to how you deliver staffing services, this role is for you!

You will prospect and close new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and expand our US market share. Your primary focus will be new client acquisition. If you are not a hunter, this isnt the role for you. You will be expanding our Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Services to enterprise and mid-size clients across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies.
Manage the sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding.
Handle complex sales cycles and influence decision-making at various levels.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers.
Attend industry events.

Qualifications:

Must reside in the US.
Entrepreneurial mindset with proven success in acquiring new clients in the professional staffing or managed services space.
7+ years selling professional staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc.) to mid-market and enterprise-level customers.
3-5 years of experience selling managed services such as RPO, MSP, VMS.
Strong connections within the talent ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).
Established relationships with key decision-makers in tech, finance, engineering, etc.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Minimum Bachelors degree.
Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
