Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Utilize sales tools to maintain a robust pipeline.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the team to create tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Sales Process Execution:
- Manage end-to-end sales process.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Sales Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales activities and pipeline using CRM.
- Generate sales reports and analytics.
- Provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 1 or 2 years of successful software sales experience.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Preferably Male Candidates.
