Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Utilize sales tools to maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to create tailored solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Sales Process Execution:
  • Manage end-to-end sales process.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Sales Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor sales activities and pipeline using CRM.
  • Generate sales reports and analytics.
  • Provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 1 or 2 years of successful software sales experience.
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Preferably Male Candidates.
