Compensation: Up to 05 LPA (Average 10-30% of hike could be provided on the current / previous Fixed Salary) negotiable

Requirements

Proven experience (0-5 Yrs) as a tele caller or in a similar sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must know english and malyalam

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM software and calling tools is a plus.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Fresher, BCom, BBA, MBA or relevant certifications are a plus. Knowledge of MS Office is a plus.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential
