Job Overview

We are seeking a Telecaller to join our team at Photorooster Studios Llp. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of photography services and packages
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our photography services.
• Answer incoming calls and provide information about our products and services.
• Listen to customer's requirements and suggest relevant photography packages.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
