New Blood Bank Lab Manager - Stephens City, Virginia

(Flexible start of 8 hour shift (day shift)

• Bachelor's degree.
• ASCP or equivalent board certification required; Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) certification is preferred.
• 5 years of Blood Bank experience required.
• Prior experience as a Blood Bank Supervisor/Lead required.
• 1 year of laboratory experience in high complexity testing for the specialty of immunohematology required.
• Experience in a blood bank reference lab desired.
