Manager, Experience Consulting and Technology (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Miami, FL. Assist clients with design and implementation of technology infrastructure, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the firm to drive strategic business growth. Collaborate with development/technology leaders to establish alignment between technology architecture and product objectives. Support clients to change customer behaviors through the experience journey starting with a strategy, then through design, and implementation. Bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organization. Supervise and coach professional teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Design, Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Design, Engineering or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

- Conducting research and troubleshooting errors, to systematically investigate and resolve issues that arise within systems, software, or processes;
- Planning, coding and testing of web applications and/or sites, utilizing or conducting the following Web development technologies: HTML, ReactJS, Redux, CSS and/or JavaScript;
- Utilizing and maintaining Version control systems (VCS) to help manage changes to source code; and
- Assisting organizations to align their business and operational requirements through the design and development of digital platforms and software applications.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
