Barclays Capital Inc. seeks Senior Quantitative Analyst in New York, NY (multiple positions).

1. Build, implement and maintain financial quantitative credit models and analytics involving corporate credit, investment grade and leveraged finance and structured credit.

2. Work with the loan portfolio managers and risk officers to satisfy the risk management, valuation and quantitative strategy needs.

3. Work with the technology teams to develop and improve the trading and risk management platforms.

4. Work with loan portfolio managers to build financial pricing and risk models for the bank’s loan portfolio.

5. Develop new financial models and support existing models for structured credit products.

6. Interact with business and risk counterparts to develop requirements including data, modelling and technology needs.

7. May telecommute.
