Location: West Metro Massachusetts
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 base salary plus commissions

About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Commercial Landscape Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team in the West Metro Massachusetts area. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a passion for the landscaping industry who excels at building relationships and closing deals. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client accounts, and driving sales growth in the commercial landscape maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial landscape maintenance market.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and other key decision-makers.


• Conduct site assessments, prepare proposals, and present customized solutions to prospective clients.


• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and networking within the community.


• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial landscape maintenance or related industry.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.


• Knowledge of landscape maintenance services and solutions is highly desirable.


• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
