Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager - Pharmaceuticals to join our Clients. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our pharmaceutical products. This role requires in-depth knowledge of The Herbal and Extraction pharmaceutical industry and strong marketing skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing marketing campaigns in the pharmaceutical sector.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelors/ Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Herbal Extraction pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory guidelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment
  • Leadership skills to supervise and motivate the marketing team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools
  • Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and social media platforms


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our pharmaceutical products
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry experts
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance
  • Supervise and train the marketing team to achieve departmental goals
  • Monitor competitor activities and propose appropriate actions to stay competitive
