Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management
8+ years experience business analysis experience in JD Edwards, with emphasis on functional analysis and process improvement
5+ years experience as a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the Manufacturing and Planning modules of JDE (Shop Floor, PDM, Material, Capacity Planning, Product Costing, etc.)
Knowledge/experience in warranty handling/processing
Salesforce knowledge/experience preferred
Proven record of accomplishment in implementing change
Strong data analysis skills including the ability to develop SQL queries as needed tosupport data collection
High level of initiative and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize daily work load and work in a team environment
Ability to work independently, identify priorities and work successfully with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to meet objectives by influencing and engaging others across multiple teams
Quality and cost driven
