Qualifications:

A graduate of BS IT, Computer Science, or any related courses.
Has at least 3 months to a year of experience in Information Tech tasks, a working knowledge of VICI and Lead Management, especially with the BPO Industry.
Resolving IT support requests from employees
Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
Can work onsite and is ok with a flexible working schedule (Preferably night/graveyard shift).
A Team Player who is okay working with a team
No health issues nor in attendance
