Federated Hermes is currently seeking a talented Global Accounts Manager to manage and nurture relationships with key RIA aggregator clients.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and an exceptional communicator with the ability to understand and meet client needs while aligning with company goals. The Global Accounts Manager will be the primary point of contact for RIA aggregator clients and will work to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Position Specifications:

Bachelor degree required; MBA, CIMA, CFA and/or CPF preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the financial services industry to include experience with RIA aggregators required; Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of financial markets and industry financial products required; In-depth knowledge of Federated Hermes financial products preferred.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction.
Must possess/immediately obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

This role may be based in a US field office and will report into Federated Hermes Pittsburgh headquarters.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,290 - $187,770. In determining salary multiple factors will be taken into consideration such as primary work location, experience, education and skill set. In addition to base salary, this position includes eligibility for a bonus. Annual bonuses generally range from 50% to 250% of base salary and are determined by considering a variety of factors including some or all of the following: gross sales, net sales, asset growth, revenue and attainment of business-based objectives. Certain employees may be eligible to participate in a Long-Term Incentive Plan. We offer our Employees (and, as applicable, their dependents) medical, dental, prescription, vision, and basic life insurance benefits. Additionally, Employees are able to enroll in our companys 401(k) plan. Each calendar year employees are eligible for paid leave which includes fifteen vacation days, seven ill days, and ten holidays.
