Job Duties

Research, design, develop, and test the manufacturing and implementation of electrical systems. Manage all stages of electrical systems development life cycle. Direct project planning, cost and budget, initiation, execution, and close. Perform project analysis, estimation, design, evaluation, demonstration, construction, and implementation. Ensure projects satisfy requirements and quality targets. Measure and report project progress, budget, and risks to management and customers. Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Service Management, and Delivery. Consult with, and present to, executives and senior managers, business process owners, and key stakeholders. Partner with IT vendors, Telecom, Cybersecurity, Change & Release Management, Service Management, Operations, Finance, Supply Management, and clients. Manage project dependencies including Change and

Release management. Lead capacity planning, forecasting, and resource allocation across business units, IT, and suppliers. Manage project risks and issues against project scope, timeline, and budget. Utilize project controls to ensure quality delivery of key project artifacts, including monitoring of quality and project performance metrics. Conduct and participate in regularly scheduled project team meetings.

Salary range for this position is $193,440.00 - $203,440.00. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.

Job Requirements

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience in a related occupation.

Must include some experience in each of the following:

1. SDLC (System Requirements collection, Design, Development, Testing, and maintaining electrical & utility programs) and working with DevOps teams on RCA reports with end customers.
2. Using Microsoft Project and Agile schedules (Octane) to create project schedules.
3. Managing projects in Agile setting using Waterfall method (V-Model), sprints, and Minimum Viable Products.
4. Developing and delivering presentations to executive leadership
5. Using Qualitative and Quantitative risk management methodologies.
6. Actual Cost (AC), Cost Variance (CV), Cost performance Index (CPI), and To-Complete Performance Index (TCPI).
7. Earned Value (EV), Planned Value (PV), Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Variance (CV), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
