ITIL Process, Vendor hosted applications, file transmission knowledge, Intermediate Windows and Linux navigation skills, excellent verbal and written communications. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience with vendor hosted applications and keeping vendors accountable for incident resolutions.
