Qualifications and Skills


  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, and chat

  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to higher-level support
