Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to higher-level support
- Document and maintain accurate records of support activities
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and meet SLAs
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
