Salary: $18.00 hourly / 30 to 44 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment; Full time; Early morning; On call (From time to time we get orders for holidays or corporate events and schedules may change accordingly); Weekend (This position supervises the weekend shift, so weekend is required)

Responsibilities

Tasks
-Prepare dough for pies, and sweet goods, batters for cookies, cakes, icings and frosting according to recipes or special customer orders.
-Bake mixed dough and batters.
-Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff (link removed)>-Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
-Draw up production schedules.
-Train staff (link removed)>-Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
-Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
-May place orders or ingredients and supplies.
