Duties and Responsibilities

- Utilizing Salesforce, assist the sales department with lead generation and paperwork
- Ad material reach outs: corresponding with clients for all digital and print ad materials
- Assist graphic design department
-Assist circulation department
- Uploading articles on the website
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and parcels, courier services
- Keep office organized and order supplies
- Assist with yearly audits
- Updating online articles to ensure they are SEO-friendly
- Update internal spreadsheets and lists
- Moderate comments and events on websites
- Participate in contest management and reporting
- Proof print and digital editions
- Possibility of contributing copywriting and image selection for the websites, newsletters, and other channels
