Duties:

Updating databases
Sending email confirmations
Uploading information into their internal system
Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
Update customer information in a database.
Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.

What we need from you:

Previous data entry experience in an office environment (preferred)
Able to commute to their location
Proficiency in Access, SharePoint (preferred)
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Adobe (preferred)
Fast learner, proficient typing, and tech-savvy
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
