Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field plus at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or in a related position performing business systems analysis. Must have experience with the following: applying knowledge of process design and delivery of ITIL aligned Service Management processes; applying understanding of industry best practices and trends for ServiceNow capabilities to interface with complementary tools; applying knowledge of reporting and performing quantitative analysis to translate into actionable tasks; interpreting business priorities and understanding business needs to coordinate and assist large teams in resolving complex business processes and technical issues; working with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SQL; utilizing Snowmirror and Power BI; and working with issue and project tracking software application, including JIRA.
