Responsible for operations management of a Dairy Queen restaurant; responsible for team management, including recruiting, training, and overseeing employees; provides customer service and resolves client complaints; controls everyday operations of restaurant, maintaining inventory, and adhering to rules relating to operational management; implements promotion plans and develops new sales tactics; responsible for financial management including monitoring budgets and expenses, reviewing financial statements, and achieving sales goals; offers opportunities for education, training, and advancement for hires; schedules shifts, keeps records, and verifies policy compliance; tracks inventory and schedules orders for food, beverages, and other supplies as needed; ensures adherence to health codes and regulations.

Must have a High school Diploma; Must have three (3) months of experience in the job offered or as an Assistant.

Three (3) months of experience (inclusive of experience required heretofore) in the following:
1) Recruiting and training employees;
2) Record keep; and
3) Policy development.
