Manage all aspects of existing Sales & Marketing and Field Service work for automated machine tools including Lathes, Mills, Grinders, Machining Centers, Etc.

*** Supervise service personnel engaged in installation, start-up and servicing of equipment and parts in the field.

*** Engage and manage subcontractors.

*** Plan, schedule, and manage all field service operations.

*** Oversee field operations necessary for warranty, start-up, field service and installation.

*** Investigate and establish root cause of failure on field equipment.

*** Coordinate with engineering to resolve equipment problems.

*** Ensure appropriate corrective action is taken to prevent repeat failures.

*** Investigate and process customer complaints, warranty obligations, claims or other details.

*** Manage warranty claims to customer satisfaction while minimizing financial exposure to company.

*** Ensure prompt and accurate invoice preparation and collection.

*** Complete field service reports and other documentation.

*** Maintain service manuals, parts lists, and related literature stocks.

*** Arrange training for service personnel.
