Walker Healthforce LLC has an opening for the position of Sr. QA Analyst (Ref# SQA823PK).

Work Location: Position may telecommute / work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Job Duties: Perform quality assurance (QA) analysis and testing of business software applications in the healthcare / health insurance domain. Review and decompose requirements based on system enhancements to create and execute test scenarios, write test plans and test scripts, execute test scenarios, record all test cases executed and actual results, and log and track defects. Collaborate with client business teams, vendors, and business analysts to extract essential information for designing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, test data, and test execution. Analyze business and technical requirements, providing estimates for testing timelines and contributing to project cost estimates. Assist in the definition and documentation of test strategies. Design effective test plans, test strategies, and test scenarios for TriZetto Facets implementations, various databases, and other applications. Conduct integration testing for all interfaces with different vendors associated with TriZetto Facets application. Review all test deliverables and results with business stakeholders and obtain feedback and acceptance. Engage with business sponsors to obtain user sign-off. Ensure new system requirements / enhancements / changes are tested and delivered in a timely manner. Provide consistent and repeatable testing process for UAT (user acceptance testing). Conduct impact analysis and root cause analysis for defects. Continuously monitor testing activities. Improve processes and reduce post-implementation issues. Participate in project cost estimation, schedule control, and risk analysis. Conduct regular status meetings with project teams, discussing project progress in each phase to keep stakeholders informed. Use of TriZetto Facets, Jira, Snowflake, SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle.

Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years in a related occupation including Test Consultant, Systems Analyst, or related experience. Will accept 3 years of post-secondary education in any field of study plus 4 years of experience in lieu of the required education and experience. Position requires 3 years of experience with testing activities on TriZetto Facets. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein. 40hrs/week.
