We're seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of experience to join our team in Wilmington, NC. Our 100% outpatient model offers a guaranteed base salary and a focused approach to caring for patients with end-of-life illnesses.
About the Role:
100% Out-patient Palliative Care: Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
No nights, call, or weekends
Work independently with the support of a dedicated physician team available via phone
Collaborate with a compassionate, interdisciplinary team of professionals to provide comprehensive care
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary based on experience

Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) is required
Hospice, palliative care, or oncology experience is preferred but not mandatory
