Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function. You will work closely with our clients and the development team to meet their needs and ensure the proper functioning of the websites. This is a full-time position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of professional experience as a Web Developer
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web development technologies
• Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks
• Familiarity with content management systems and web development tools
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing websites that are user-friendly, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-responsive
• Collaborate with clients and the development team to gather requirements and understand project objectives
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and develop well-structured, efficient code
• Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Optimize website performance and ensure high website speed and responsiveness
• Perform regular website testing and debugging to identify and fix any issues or bugs
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues reported by clients or end-users
