Job Overview

As a Sales Manager UAE(Dubai), you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role is based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India and is a full-time position with Talention Recruit Pvt Ltd.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE(Dubai) market
• Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing & recruiting industry
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Willingness to travel within the UAE(Dubai) for client meetings and industry events
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management
• Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

Sales Manager : Salary Band AED 12,500 PM (excluding allowances)

Prefer Candidates from India who is having experience in Insurance/Banking or financial sector

Minimum 10 Years of experience

Age not more than 40

Capable of handling 10 member team

Good Communication and relationship skills
