Title: Bilingual Recruiter- Entry Level

Wicked Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an entry level Bilingual Recruiter to join our Londonderry, NH team. If you have a strong background in customer service and would like to start a career in Staffing, send your resume to us! Pay is based on experience. $17-20/hr plus monthly commission.

Responsibilities:
As an Entry Level Recruiter at Wicked Staffing Solutions, you'll be responsible for:
Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conducting interviews and screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for client positions.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement and onboarding.
Providing ongoing support and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment goals and deliver exceptional results.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment or staffing a plus but not required. We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping people find their perfect job. A strong background in the Customer Service field is very helpful.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Creative & savvy social media user.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
This position requires an onsite presence in our Londonderry, NH office and does not offer remote work options.
Relocation is not available, local candidates only.
