We are looking for an Insurance Account Representative to join a full-service insurance company in Ayer, MA. This role assists clients with selecting, purchasing, and managing personal insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and protection.

Responsibilities:
-Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including homeowners, auto, renters, and umbrella policies.
-Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and processing policy changes.
-Review client accounts at renewal time and proactively re-market accounts to find the best coverage options and pricing.
-Work with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate policy terms and conditions.
-Educate clients on insurance coverage options and assist in selecting appropriate products based on their needs.
-Handle claims reporting and follow up on the resolution process to ensure client satisfaction.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
-Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.
-Meet or exceed sales and retention goals set by the agency.
