Responsibilities:

Managing customer profiles and regularly updating clientinformation to ensure data accuracy;
Developing plans, strategies, and goals for sales ormarketing teams to achieve organizational objectives;
Assisting marketing teams in creating customer-centricstrategies, ensuring that customer needs and preferences arecentral to marketing efforts;
Collecting, analyzing, and deriving insights from customer-related data to improve decision-making and understand clientbehavior;
Researching potential new markets and conducting in-depthanalytical marketing studies to identify opportunities andchallenges;
Developing a branding strategy that engages clients,enhancing brand awareness and loyalty;
Involving in negotiating sales or contract terms withprospective clients to secure beneficial agreements;
Organizing and planning client events or product launches todeepen client understanding and trust in the company;
Advancing client pursuits, prospects and internal referralrelationships.

Job Requirements:

Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Education: Bachelors degree.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in client service management and marketing.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
