Plant Manager - Youngstown, Ohio - JOB 440-24-00714

Salary Range: $125K - $146K Permanent Position with Benefits.

Youngstown, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and manage industrial day to day plant operations (budget, hiring, scheduling, quality control, shipping…)

REQUIREMENTS
• High School Graduate
• Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration Management or Engineering is preferred
• 5+ years' experience supervising industrial manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and industrial electrical wiring highly desired
• Familiar with quality systems and safety standards
• Understands Lean and 5S manufacturing processes for organizing, cleaning, developing, and sustaining a productive work environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to provide leadership at all levels
• Set and monitor budgets to control costs
• Solid math skills
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and people
• Possible occasional travel up to 5%
