We seek an experienced IBM B2Bi Developer with a strong Business Process (BP) development background. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and managing business process flows and data mappings within the IBM B2Bi platform.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements and develop business process flows in B2Bi using BPML. These processes will integrate with databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) and Cloud HTTPS endpoints as data sources or destinations.
2. Create data mappings between databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) and XML or flat file formats (and vice versa) using B2Bi mapping tools. These mappings will be integrated into the business process flows.
3. Possess a solid understanding of various B2Bi adapters and services.
4. Demonstrate knowledge of B2Bi CLA adapters and Unix shell scripting.

Work Arrangement:
The candidate will be required to work onsite for the initial few weeks. After the initial period, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.
