Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at HOSPITAL STAFF RECRUITMENT SERVICES. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care for our patients. Qualifications and Skills


  • Valid nursing license in India
  • Degree in Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery
  • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic towards patients and their families
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records and healthcare software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
  • Conduct nursing assessments and develop care plans based on individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor and document patient progress, communicate with patients and their families regarding their care
  • Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
  • Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and infection control guidelines
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in nursing practice
