Practice Setting:
Level 2 Neonatal with 24/7 pediatric hospitalist
DaVinci XI, JADA device, and top-of-the-line equipment available
Average volume of 650 births per year; C-section rate is 20%
4 exam rooms per provider
Support staff consists of RNs
Compensation and Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary
$200,000 sign-on bonus
Comprehensive benefits include PTO
