The Lincoln Group has partnered with a local Company, in search of a Forklift Driver in Santa Maria CA!

Type of Hire: Contract to Hire
Title: Forklift Driver
Location: Santa Maria, CA

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Saturday as needed. 6/7am start time.
40 hours a week 

Compensation: $20.00- $22.00

Principle Duties:
- Operate forklift to move materials around the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trucks.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift.
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of products.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and goods moved.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience as a forklift driver.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
