Job Overview

We are hiring a Product Manager to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing our software products and ensuring their success in the market. Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in product management
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to gather and interpret market research data
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the IT services industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Gather and analyze market data to identify customer needs and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and design, to build and launch successful products
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business objectives and user feedback
