As a key member of our plasma donation center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our donors throughout their donation experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-donation medical screenings and assessments to ensure donor suitability.
Administer compassionate and skilled care during the plasma donation process.
Monitor donor vital signs and manage adverse reactions as needed.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Educate donors on the importance of plasma donation and ensure adherence to protocols.

Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Carolina.
CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
