Job Description: Lifeline is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Educator to join our team. As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for our home care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, coordinate, and conduct in-service training for caregivers to ensure ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices.
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and standards in home care.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and coach team members to promote an efficient and effective team -based environment.
Evaluate the educational needs of staff and develop personalized training plans.
Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse.
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French. (Required)
Previous experience as an Educator considered an asset.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
