We are seeking for a dynamic and smart Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate shall be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, plan and conduct seminar and conferences, create and implement effective strategies to forge new alliances for the company and help increase the market share for the company. The main duties of this position include but are not limited to:

Implement and evaluate companys marketing and communication strategies to improve and expand companys social image;
Develop local partnership and maintain good public relationship with media companies, other organizations and local elites for marketing purpose and promoting companys services;
Conduct market research to determine market demand to existing and future services;
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for promoting education/immigration services to international Asian markets;
Gather, research and prepare communications materials for internal and external audiences;
Design and prepare company brochures, reports, newsletters and other materials;
Deliver presentations at seminars, conferences, and workshops;
Determine and manage marketing budget;
Write articles to introduce the company services and changes and development of immigration policies on media;
Collect information and publish success stories on WeChat, Weibo and Little Red Book and on company website;
Perform other tasks as required by management from time to time including develop strategies and tactics to boost companys reputation and drive sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A university degree with a minimum of one year marketing related experience
Graphic design skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop and PowerPoint
Familiar with print and social media
Excellent marketing, organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Good working knowledge of various immigration policies is an asset
Familiar working with WeChat, Weibo and Little Red Book platforms is required
Able to work as a team or independently
Good communication skills, creative and innovative
Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
