• Utilize experience with C#, C++, Java, PHP and Ruby programming languages to design, develop, create, implement & maintain new websites, mobile applications and software products for the Commercial Surrogacy industry; redesign and upgrade existing websites, mobile applications and software products, and integrate modern web based applications with legacy in-house applications for the Commercial Surrogacy industry.
• Gather and evaluate Commercial Surrogacy industry user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers; Select optimum programming languages, design tools & applications depending on project parameters & requirements.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes including physical, interface, logical, & data models that clearly illustrate how new Commercial Surrogacy industry websites, mobile applications and software products will function and appear.
• Create original graphic designs including images, sketches and tables using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Write supporting code for Commercial Surrogacy industry websites, mobile applications and software products ensuring that it is properly structured, meets industry standards, and is compatible with multiple browsers and devices.
• Utilize experience of using AI interfaces to create dynamic content for Commercial Surrogacy industry websites and software applications.
• Utilize experience of using AI interfaces to create dynamic analytics of Commercial Surrogacy industry website and software application data streams.
• Build navigation components and create reusable UI elements across multiple screens.
• Design graphic user interface elements including menus, tabs and widgets
• Utilize experience of using wireframe software to provide overview of page structure, layout, information architecture, user flow, functionality, and intended behaviors.
• Conduct virtual design meetings with internal teams using team chat, video conference and live presentation software.
• Implement regular UX changes to ensure compatibility with evolving Commercial Surrogacy industry tastes, design trends, and technologies.
• Undertake both qualitative and quantitative research to establish Commercial Surrogacy industry users’ needs, goals, pain points & contexts; Identify and troubleshoot UX issues.
• Optimize website performance, scalability, and server-side code and processes.
• Develop databases & design information architecture including sitemaps and flowcharts to support Commercial Surrogacy industry web applications and websites.
• Develop, draft & implement procedures for ongoing review & revision of Commercial Surrogacy industry websites, mobile applications and software products.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience.
