• Outpatient primary care center with onsite lab, physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, and behavioral health
• Patients are aged 2 years and up
• Average volume of 12-15 patients per day

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• BLS and DEA certifications 
• Licensed in California
• Credentialing timeframe is 7 days with TB test and full drug screen
