Practice Information:
Join a team of 12 providers across various specialties
We focus on full-spectrum ophthalmology with a focus on Oculoplastic, including cosmetic and functional
See 100% Oculoplastic and build out your schedule
Each physician has a private office along with cross-trained scribes to assist them
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options
Very light, 1:8 call schedule, with rare on-call instances
Optional hospital call with supplemental pay available
Compensation and Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary for a 2-year agreement, with a net collections bonus model
Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
