What You'll Do:

Lead and Inspire: Youll be the driving force behind HR strategies that elevate recruitment, succession planning, employee relations, and team effectiveness across key distribution hubs in California, Pennsylvania, Texas, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Mexico.
Be Future-Focused: Collaborate with top management to identify critical future openings and craft innovative strategies to attract and retain the industrys top talent.

Collaborative Partner: Partner closely with the Corporate HR team to deliver HR processes and programs that are aligned with the companys ambitious goals and objectives.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruiting and staffing for roles in logistics, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, trucking, or retail.
10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
A willingness to travel 5% annually to various distribution locations and attend job fairs.
