Job Description

E-Commerce Clerk - This role is responsible for listing products and maintaining existing product listings online. The position will organize and upload all product-related information that we receive from the manufacturers, including product descriptions, images, and pricing. Basic knowledge of automotive parts, their applications, uses, and where they install in the vehicle is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain product listings
- Understand applications and product type to ensure product is properly displayed and cataloged.
- Categorize product to ensure they are easily found by the customer.
- Learn product types in order to assign proper related items.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach on ease of finding products on website.
- Understand customer shopping experience from start-to-finish to maximize conversion rates.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry (is a plus but not required)
- Ability to create unique content using SEO best practices
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow a project to completion
- Ability to think independently and adapt solutions to project challenges
- Flexible learner (Adapts quickly to new tasks, procedures and goals)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, a must as there will be significant collaboration
