Senior Consultant, Guidehouse Digital LLC, McLean, VA. Assist business needs and implement solutions using ServiceNow. Address enterprise IT services, business processes and operations need using Low-code technologies. Utilize ServiceNow based technical solutions to improve business processes. Apply technical components such as architecture, integration, application components, workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalogs, and UI Policies. Design technology frameworks and front-end web components in implementing and testing ServiceNow solutions. Support proposal development efforts for client engagement opportunities.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.

Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:

• Configuring front-end web components using JavaScript, CSS, or HTML5;
• At least two of the following IT Service Management and IT Operations management fameworks such as Java/ J2EE, AJAX, JSON, XML, SOAP, and/ or REST;
• Designing and implementing automated process, and supporting business processes in a ServiceNow environment; and
• Integrating ServiceNow components with other third-party applications.

20% domestic travel required.
